All fulfillment now paused until after Christmas

Hi everyone

Just a quick update to confirm that all orders are now on hold until after Christmas. We are still keenly awaiting our shipment of CDs which has delayed the majority of orders. We will process all remaining orders as soon as we are able after the Christmas break. Myself and everyone at On Repeat HQ would like to thank you all for your continued support, patience and understanding in the various fulfillment issues, and want to wish you a very merry Christmas and all the best for the New decade. Please have a wonderful time with your loved ones and we will respond to all your messages after Christmas!

Update re damaged packages

Hi everyone I’ve been very sad to read your messages about records being damaged in the post. Most of the complaints seem to be regarding the courier My Hermes which I am extremely frustrated about and we will not be using moving forwards. There also seems to be issues with records getting damp I’m assuming due to the bad weather in the Uk right now, unfortunately we had to remove shrink wrap in order to sign albums which may have enabled some moisture to penetrate. All our packaging was recommended by label friends who regularly ship records so I can only apologise if you packaging has not stood up to the test of weather and clumsy couriers ! We will being processing all requests for replacements tomorrow and review our packaging and shipping methods. We have never directly handled our own packaging and distribution especially on a fulfilment of this size before so I have to take full responsibility that this is a learning curve for us and want to personally offer my sincere apologies to everyone who received a damaged product or missing item. We will remedy this as quickly as we can and try to make sure this does not happen again. Big thanks for your understanding in this matter, I really hope it has not affected your support of the project.

'Hands Unplugged' Acoustic album available now! And fulfilment update...

Hi everyone

The 'Hands Unplugged' collection is now available exclusively for all backers to download now! Please check your emails for a link from backer kit, it will be streaming everywhere else here from Friday. 

I loved going back and revisiting these songs and stripping them right back to piano and vocals and working out new arrangements. Really hope you enjoy them! I'm hoping to film some performances of them soon. 

Also wanted to give you some further updates on fulfillment. Its been a bit of a rollercoaster so far but we finally have our gold vinyl and its looking beautiful!

Although the gold is sold out you can still purchase black vinyl in our Backer kit store here now along with CDs and other products. 

I know many of your responded re the debate on having the lyrics printed on a pull out for the CDs, it was very difficult to decide as the results were almost half and half! In the end I decided to make the lyrics available as a high quality image download here so people have the choice if they wish to print it out. Now I have seen the finished products I'm absolutely convinced this was the right decision, as the text would have been so small with so many tracks it would have been almost illegible on this design! Hope I have your guys full support on this call . Some good news is we did manage to get the extra tracks you guys requested onto the CDs in the end :-)

Frustratingly we have found some printing errors on some of the CDs, so we are now waiting for a repress delivery.  Again I want to reiterate I want to be completely transparent with you re this process, and I hugely apologise to everyone waiting on orders but it was important for me to get the products right.  If you do spot any errors on your print and would like a replacement please drop us a direct message here and we will arrange this for you.  Again really appreciate your patience.

I will keep you updated but we are hoping to begin fulfillment in earnest next week. We will absolutely try our best to have everything shipped for Christmas, although we cannot guarantee this, especially for international orders. We were working to an incredibly tight manufacturing turnaorund from the end of this campaign to now, so all things taken into consideration we have still managed this extremely quickly!

Locking orders...

Hi all

Just a quick update to let you know we are locking orders and address for fulfilment! You should get an email from Backerkit so please look out for this and make sure all your details are correct and any last minute items you want to add. 

On the production front we are expecting CDs any day and apparently waiting for the gold vinyl to cool before it travels over from Dublin! Once we have all our stock and everyones' orders locked we will begin fulfillment. Please bear in mind we are a very small team but we will do our very best to get your items to you ASAP and you will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

I'm still reeling from the incredible show in London last Saturday, I'm just getting chance to go through all your photos and videos thanks so much for sharing, I will post more soon!

I will be DJing in Moscow this weekend before heading back up North for one final special acoustic show before Christmas in my hometown of Blackpool, hope to see some of you there!

The acoustic album will be with you next week, pledgers will receive theirs in advance of streaming services so look out for an email :-)
