Just wanted to say a HUGE thank you everyone who came out to all of the anniversary live shows, especially London on Saturday which was just so special. Such a beautiful energy in the room it really was an experience I will treasure and never forget, so thank you everyone who was there and there in spirit. We will be sharing photos and video soon but please tag me or share any content you have in our socials as I'd love to see!
Wanted to give you a quick update on production as now tour is done we can focus on fufillment here at On Repeat HQ. We unfortunately have had some minor delays with both the CD and vinyl, which is frustrating but ultimately pretty normal, and I want to be totally transparent with you and this process.
The gold vinyl has taken longer to arrive than the vinyl pressing plant anticipated, it should be arriving any day then they will start pressing as soon as possible, the sleeves are ready to go. The CDs had a few set backs with print issues but should be ready this week. Once we have everything we will begin packing everything up for fulfilment.
In the mean time its your last chance to complete your Backer Kit survey if you haven't already, and add any additional items. I'm afraid the tour almost totally wiped us out of merch but if there is anything left when we take stock I'll be sure to put it up online and let you know! And if there is sufficient demand we can potentially make more...
All higher tier rewards such as lyric sheets, personal covers and stylophones we will contact you directly by next week to confirm details and give you an estimate of fulfillment.
For all other phsycial orders we are now looking at an estimated shipping period of early December. We are confident we will have everything out in time for Christmas! Please bear with us as we are a very small team working really hard to pull this together, so I appreciate all your patience and understanding in advance. As always any questions or queries just drop us a message (direct messages here on Kickstarter are the best).
The acoustic digital download will be fulfilled next week :-)
I'm aware a few people didn't make the Meet and Greet in London, there was some confusion with the venue over location and timing was very tight, we have reached out directly to everyone so if you missed out and haven't had an email get in touch and we will try our best to reschedule something soon.
Finally just want to announce one last gig of the year playing a special homecoming Christmas acoustic gig in my hometown of Blackpool! It should be a very intimate show, I was gutted we could not make a Northern date work on the tour so hoping some of you in that neck of the woods can make it over (Blackpool at Christmas time... what a treat! ;-)) We are currently trying to change it to all ages so younger fans can attend, I'll update when I hear.

Feedback on CD design

Hi again everyone!
We have run into someone manufacturing issues with the CD design which I wanted to get your feedback on!
We were trying to include all the lyrics for both discs in a pull out booklet, however there are so many its proving difficult and the current design has come back illegible as the font is too small.
Our options are either forego the lyrics on the CD, we will still have a beautiful design and packaging and a double CD pull out sleeve.
Or we can redesign to an even bigger booklet, which would increase costs and unfortunately delay fulfilment of orders containing the CD until at least December.
I'd love your feedback on what is most important to you - having the lyrics and getting your products a little later, or if its not that big a deal and you are happy to have the CD without.
Please let me know any thoughts below! I love how involved you can be with this process its so cool :-)

Update on digital download fulfilment

Hi everyone
Finally have got a minute from tour to update you on the digital download fulfilment. Just want to say a huge personal apology on the delay on this, its entirely my fault and I want to thank you for your patience. Of course you guys should be priority and should have had these ahead of DSPs last week, unfortunately we had some technical problems (😬) which were impossible to fix whilst I was on tour in Chicago and New York and had to prioritise the live shows.
Everyone who pledged for Digital Download and above will receive their full download today, plus a little bonus from me to say sorry/ thank you. You will receive this from Backer Kit, if you haven't already please complete your survey ASAP!
We will also be adding limited black Hands Bonus Disc double vinyls and limited edition merchandise later today, which you can add to your order or purchase up until 20th November at which points all orders will be locked ready for fulfilment.
Thanks so much to everyone who has come to the shows last week it was just incredible to meet so many of you and hear your stories and dance and sing with you! Hope to see more of you in San Francisco and Los Angeles this weekend.

!Another quick update for everyone asking for Meet and Greet information.If you have requested a location on the upcoming Hands tour you will be emailed a few days before the show with information and instructions. For a rough guide, most of these will be timed around the time of the venue opening doors or just before, we are just confirming exact times with all venues now. If you pledged and are not in a location that coincides with an upcomign tour date please get us in touch by sending a direct message here and we will try to arrange something in the near future

Hi everyone, wanted to give you an update so you don’t think we have just disappeared into silence since the campaign finished!
It’s been a few pretty crazy weeks for me on tour in south east Asia, prepping for the Hands anniversary live tour which kicks off next week and coordinating all the manufacturing for this! So I really appreciate your patience 😊
Manufacturing has begun and as long as everything goes smoothly we aim to fulfil all physical orders by the end of November, so except to receive early December fingers crossed.
If you pledged for a meet and greet on the tour please drop us a message or we will be getting in touch with everyone to coordinate this.
If you bought a piano cover or lyric sheet that needs a specific track or dedication don’t worry we will be getting in touch personally to clarify the details. Again these will be fulfilled by end of November.
If you wanted to add extra items or missed the campaign you can now add / order these on our Backer Kit store which is live whilst stock lasts, link on the main campaign profile.
All backers will be receiving a survey this week requesting your address and any additional info. Please make sure you complete these as soon as possible to ensure on time fulfilment!
